I came in with a leaking tire and Luis took excellent care of it. He originally said there wasn’t enough time for a walk in appointment but then changed his mind. He replaced my valve stem free of charge and took time out of his busy day to help me out. Excellent service, would highly recommend coming to Mavis based on the customer service alone.

Gerry was an absolute lifesaver! I needed a new tire put on at the last minute and he jumped right in to help without hesitation. He was super kind, patient with all my questions, and clearly very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The job was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Gerry — 5 stars!

I would definitely not recommend getting major service done here. We actually had great experiences with oil changes however when my car completely broke down and we had it towed there… when I say it’s been DAYS with no communication, parts being added on with no real consent given to us (they were already ordered and I only found out because I called to check in. They never called me)… just save yourself and don’t get jipped or stuck without a vehicle due to slow service.

Same Day Service, No long wait…Clear upfront pricing, Great Customer Service! No hidden pricing/fees is always a plus! They also disposed of my spare tire for me & changed my lug nuts 3 days later! Overall this was a great experience for me… especially being a woman! Thanks Mavis 🙌🏾

I became very happy after stopping at two other places at 8 o’clock in the morning ,the one was rude and Told me they were understaffed and couldn’t look at my tire the other one the manager didn’t show up to to unlock the door. I waited for a half an hour, and he never showed. I was so grateful when I met Abi he showed me the tires I needed. The price was OK. He said he could do it right away. That was fantastic. Jaime was the technician that actually did the tires and I was so grateful. I believe they truly know what service is and I saw it. 😊
